We didn't have much planned today. Thank goodness. The kids were with my mom yesterday and all seemed a bit tired today. But we had to get out a little bit, so packed up a lunch and headed to the beach. Honestly, it was a little gross. There were a ton of little dead fish along the shore. Which of course means that my kids were into it. H was all about catching the living fish that were just hanging on for dear life. And C liked to find the dead ones, roll them up in sand, and break them open. He's cute like that. (Don't worry -- I googled the article before letting the kids get in the water). It is a gorgeous beach though, and I hope we go back soon. After the fish get washed down the shore.
