Cooking Class
Last year at The Player, our golf-mates, Bill & Lora, bought a private cooking class at Sur La Table during the auction. They invited us, along with Leif & Melissa, Scott & Ali, Andrew & Shelly, and Al & Cristen. The class happened last night, and was such a blast. We made a goat cheese stuffed date wrapped in prosciutto, salad with berries and breaded goat cheese, sea bass with an out-of-this-world butter sauce and chocolate creme brulee. Afterwards, we went over to Scott & Ali's to finish the wine we had brought (and got shushed by their neighbors at 10 o'clock - funny). It was so great getting to hang out with these people. Such fun and so many laughs. Thank you Lora & Bill! It was awesome.
