Corned Beef & Lemon Meringue Pie

So, as I was saying, for Brian's birthday we had our traditional corned beef and cabbage. Our neighbors from across the street came over too, which was so fun. Dinner was great. And, I pulled off my very first lemon meringue pie, which is the birthday boy's favorite.
