Once again, my weakness for loft spaces and courtyards is showing. This former garage in Atlanta had been abandoned for seven years before it was turned into a 1000 sf studio, and 850 sf living area. Amazing. (Villa de Murph by Brian Bell and David Yoachim of bldgs, via Desire to Inspire).
