Longman & Eagle with Friends
For a few weeks during the school year, Melissa took H home with her after school and then took him to soccer. As full-time working parents, I cannot even tell you what being able to give H this opportunity meant to us. Especially knowing that Melissa cares for him like her own child when he's with her. We couldn't have done it without her. Tonight we celebrated these great friends by going to Longman & Eagle. On the menu (i.e. what we ate):

I can't thank you enough for this meal! I can't stop thinking about it! I think eating the duck balls is all about culinary cache...they didn't need to be good; there is power in being able to say we ate them. Now the ...the Tete du Cochon was an inspired dish and one I would love to recreate, but if I start bringing pig heads home from the market Leif might leave me. Can't risk that. We'll just have to go again!!
