Field Trip dog of the week was Mulan MuuMuu. Just look at that smile! She loved being out, and I loved being able to take her. She could have gone all day.

She was such a good girl. It's always sad bringing them back, but it looks like another foster family snagged her for the weekend. Yay.
Happy 11 year CrossFit-Anniversary to me! Time sure flies when you are having fun. I am such a different athlete and person than I was when I first entered the gym so many years ago. It's been so good to me.
