This day was a doozy. We had a lot to see in the one full day. There are so many wonderful neighborhoods, but I think our friends got a feel for the taste of the city. We started our day at La Patisserie Chouquette. I wish I could try everything on the menu. It's absolutely delicious. Then we walked across the street to AO&Co., a fantastically curated corner store that I cannot get enough of.  From there, we went to the Tower Grove Farmer's Market. Again, you wouldn't believe how great it is unless you saw it yourself. The next neighborhood to tour was The Hill. After walking around and stopping in some of the shops, it was time for a refreshment, then Adriana's for a sandwich. We all agreed it was close to perfection. Luckily Hudson planned for a little R&R, so after an hour at the house, we were back at it. We toured Hudson's apartment, then picked up Narwhal's and walked the campus. The Black Rodeo was at Chaifetz. It was great talking with some of the cowboys and getting to pet some of the horses. After the campus tour, we went to The Gramaphone for more sandwiches. Hudson's goal is to try all of them. He got to check another off, plus we had the largest green tea shots ever. Next was The Amsterdam Tavern for the St. Louis soccer game, then the Cat's Meow. Hudson had taken us here during one of our visits, and we loved it. Cash only, super local. Lots of funny stories to tell after. And, we learned about provel cheese. After our long day, it was time for home where we watched 80's music videos and laughed about our day. We had an extra bed, so Hudson even stayed over. The night before he had to vacate his apartment from 2:15-3:30am thanks to the fire alarm. I'm sure that helped, but we all sure loved his company.
