Such a fun day. The weather was perfect. We had 11:00 am reservations at Lello Library. It is so touristy, but I felt like we had to do it. I'm glad we did. Very pretty inside. At noon we had tickets for Clerigos Chapel to climb the tower. The views were incredible and it gave us a good lay of the land. After, we hit up some shops like the Claus Porto store, a canned fish shop and Chocolataria Equador, then along the river to the lower bridge and across. The Gaia coast is where all of the port warehouses are. We had a delicious meal at a cod restaurant, then wandered around to find The Half Rabbit and our way to the top of the bridge. I'm not sure where we ended up, but our journey was super long. We got there eventually, and stopped to listen to a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band in the park. It would have been the night to watch the sunset from there, but we weren't thinking. On our way back to the apartment, we wandered through the Sao Bento train station, then found a bar to watch the Champions League game of Porto vs. Arsenal. The game went on for awhile, so the boys stayed while we grabbed something to eat. Met them back at the apartment later that night. All I can say, is this might be the most photogenic city ever. It's crazy.
