Finally the day we've been waiting for - Kim's 50th birthday extravaganza. We met Greg & Yvonne at the car rental place and drove to Troia. Time is such a blur from the entire week, but it didn't take long at all, and we got to take a car ferry. I love car ferries. We arrived at the hotel we were all staying - Pestana Troia - and waited around on the beach for the others to arrive. We had the beach almost completely to ourselves, the resort is amazing, and Kim's friends are of course completely awesome. That evening, we had dinner at El Cristo and feasted on giant seafood boats. Nothing wrong with that.
