H received his first major project assignment in school yesterday. They have to do a report on an animal, due at the end of the month. Poster board, presentation and all. When his teacher asked him which animal he wanted choose, he responded "a perch." He does have a slight obsession with perch ever since he caught bunch of fish, including a keeper perch a few years back on vacation near Eagle River. All I can say, he even though he's lived in Illinois the entire 6 years of his life, I think he's definitely a Wisconsin boy at heart.
(By the way, he was told to pick a different animal. He selected a shark.)
