New Years Eve

We've been so lucky over the years to have out-of-town friends who have decided to visit us to ring in the New Year. It's absolutely my favorite way to celebrate. This year, Yvonne & Greg were in town for a few days from LA, and Bill & Raluca came up from Chicago. We drank too much great wine & amazing champagne (seriously, the best I've ever had) and stayed up way too late. It was awesome!

Chorizo-Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Dates
Cheeses (the Harbison from Jasper Hill Farm was crazy good)
Butternut Squash Bartlett Pear Soup
Roast Carrot & Avocado Salad, Crunchy Seeds, Sour Cream, Citrus Vinaigrette
Lamb Chops with Roasted Beets & Fennel
