We had been keeping track of how many days we've been working from home with each other. I told Brian that once we hit 200 days, I couldn't keep track any more. Hit that this week. Crazy.
Back when COVID hit this spring and we were all Safe at Home, C and I needed a distraction from remote learning — and, well, all of it. Christina Tosi was doing a daily Bake Club, and we decided to join in. For 100 days, she was on IG live every single day, and now it's weekly. We baked for 50-60 of the 100 days and are even card carrying members! We (I) needed a break from so much baking, but decided to join back in this week.
Pumpkin Dulce De Leche Gretas. Yeah, they were amazing.
Went over to my friend Stephanie's to meet her new St. Bernard puppy niece. How cute is she?
Was signed up for a class at the Lynden Sculpture Garden and accidentally showed up a day early so decided to wander the grounds instead. It's an amazing place.
Our friends Stephanie (St. Bernard aunt) and Aaron had us over for dinner to see their new place and for dinner. She's also the person who has been helping us with our bathroom remodeling, and let me tell you, she has amazing taste. Their place is magical. She also made this delicious carrot cake.
Hanging out in Steph & Aaron's backyard with River the Boston Terrier. They are right on the river. So amazing.
Finally! Got the right date. Took an indigo dying class.
So beautiful. Indigo is amazing.
Letting my creations dry. By the way, can I just say how glad I am that we actually have a Fall season this year? The trees are breathtaking. It's my favorite.
